Following a 6-month case study, the brand saw an all-time high return rate for size-related reasons of 9% when YourFit is used, which is 47% less than the overall website and 76% less than the market average. On average, 46% of customers using YourFit convert to purchase and 80% choose to purchase the size recommended by YourFit. Additionally, when the recommended size is not selected initially, 45% of customers will return and request an exchange for the size originally recommended by YourFit.
